Return & Refund Policy

At Pakistan Gadgets, your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Check Your Parcel at Delivery

We encourage all customers to open and check the parcel in front of the rider before making payment. If the product is damaged, broken, or incorrect, refuse the parcel and contact us immediately on WhatsApp. Once the parcel is accepted and payment is made, claims for physical damage will only be entertained with a valid unboxing video.

7-Day Return & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item or an incomplete order
  • The product is not working on first use (DOA – Dead on Arrival)

Conditions for return/exchange:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, cables, manuals, and free items included
  • A complete unboxing video (from sealed parcel to opening) is required for damage or missing-item claims
  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery, water damage, or misuse are not eligible

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Earphones, headphones, and in-ear microphones (if unsealed)
  • Products damaged due to incorrect use, dropped items, or unauthorized repairs
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked "non-returnable"

Warranty Claims

Products that come with a checking warranty (3–7 days) or brand warranty will be clearly mentioned on the product page. For warranty claims:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and a video showing the issue
  2. Our team will verify the fault within 1–2 working days
  3. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product as applicable

How to Request a Return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp: +92 322 4766049 or email pakistangadget@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number, issue details, and unboxing video/photos
  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or share the return address
  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, your replacement or refund will be processed within 3–5 working days

Note: Return delivery charges are covered by Pakistan Gadgets only if the fault is on our side (wrong, damaged, or defective item). For change-of-mind returns, delivery charges (both ways) are paid by the customer, and the product must be unopened.

Refund Method

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued via:

  • Bank transfer
  • JazzCash / Easypaisa

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned product passes inspection. Delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible — however, you may refuse the parcel at delivery (repeated refusals without reason may affect future COD eligibility).
