1. General

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of pakistangadgets.com. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, images, specifications, and prices as accurately as possible. However:

  • Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen differences
  • Product packaging may occasionally differ from images shown
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in product information or pricing, even after an order has been placed

If a product you ordered was listed with incorrect information, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel the order.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan
  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order

4. Orders & Confirmation

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders flagged as suspicious, orders with incomplete/incorrect contact details, or customers with a history of refusing COD parcels
  • Order confirmation calls or messages must be answered/responded to; unconfirmed orders may be cancelled after 48 hours

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation
  • Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on your city
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or public holidays
  • Please provide a complete and accurate address with an active phone number; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details
  • Customers are encouraged to check the parcel in front of the rider before payment

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Our returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In summary: eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery with original packaging and an unboxing video for damage claims. Please review the full policy before purchasing.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD is offered as a convenience and trust-building service
  • Repeatedly refusing delivered parcels without valid reason may result in COD being unavailable for your future orders, requiring advance payment instead
  • Fake orders placed with incorrect information may be reported to courier network blacklists

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product descriptions, images, banners, and custom design elements — is the property of Pakistan Gadgets or its content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the website's security, functionality, or availability
  • Submit false information when placing orders or contacting support

10. Limitation of Liability

Pakistan Gadgets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products beyond the value of the product purchased. Products should be used according to their manuals and intended purpose; we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect voltage, or unauthorized modifications.
